Our team is working at full speed to finish the upstairs of the House so that the undergraduates can move in by the beginning of Winter Quarter. Work has been moving well, despite subzero temperatures and icy streets. On the third floor, the rooms have received their first coat of paint and the moldings have been primed. Before the end of the week, every room should be complete, with only the vents, lights, and electrical fixtures needing to be installed for a truly finished room.
All the floors have been stained, as well as the upper stairs. The last of the molding and casings have been put in, and they are beautiful. A cool design was added into the door casings that is pretty impressive.
The walls and showers of the second floor bathroom have been tiled and the floors are being finished up. Then, they will move to the third floor to finish the three shared, suite style bathrooms.
The back porch is almost complete, and soon the french doors will be installed on the first floor. This is looking more amazing everyday. We look forward to showing each of you the completed product,
The mill work is almost finished on the second and third floors. The wood floors have been fully laid and stained. Now all that is left is the painting and lights and the rooms will be complete.
The stairs are up between those two floors, and they will soon be finished between the first and second floor. The large communal bathroom is almost finished being tiled and the fixtures will soon be installed.

The rear fire escape will be completed next week, and soon the House will be ready for move in. We are all looking forward to getting the undergrads in the renovated House.
